Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Midland, part of Cavender Auto Family, seeks Sales Consultants to join our growing team. You will greet customers, identify needs, guide them through selection, test drives, financing, and paperwork while delivering a high-quality presentation of new and used vehicles.

You will use CRM to track interactions, present deal structures and financing options, follow up to maintain satisfaction, complete training, and participate in ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude.
• Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork
• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars
• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions
• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products
• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.
• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

No Experience Needed – We provide full training to set you up for success.

10–14 units/month → $6,000 guaranteed income

15+ units/month → $9,000 guaranteed income

Guaranteed base pay of $3,000 per month for the first 90-days

Commission up to 33% of gross line, plus 3% back-end and volume bonuses
