Mercedes-Benz Midland is hiring Sales Consultants. You will greet customers, identify vehicle needs, demonstrate vehicles, and guide them through financing and paperwork. You’ll use a CRM to track interactions, present deal structures, and follow up to maintain high satisfaction.

No experience is required as full training is provided. The role offers guaranteed base income plus commissions, with ongoing advancement opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proven record of positive customer service results with a customer-focused attitude.
• Submit to MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

No Experience Needed – We provide full training to set you up for success.

10–14 units/month → $6,000 guaranteed income

15+ units/month → $9,000 guaranteed income

Guaranteed base pay of $3,000 per month for the first 90-days

Commission up to 33% of gross line, plus 3% back-end and volume bonuses

Here is what you will be doing:

• Greet customers to identify their vehicle needs, and lead them through the sales process including vehicle/car selection, test drive, personalization, financing, and paperwork


• Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and used vehicles/cars


• Use customer relationship management (CRM) tool to effectively track all customer interactions


• Present customer deal structure and additional finance products


• Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction


• Complete all ongoing training modules to keep abreast new vehicle products, features, accessories, etc.


• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.


• Arrange for delivery and registration of vehicle.


• Engage in business development, contacting prospects and clients via phone and email.

Here is what you will need:

• Sales or Customer Service experience is preferred
