No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support to help you build a successful and rewarding career in automotive sales.
Background in retail, customer service, hospitality, call centers, restaurants, banking, technology, or another customer-focused industry is welcome.
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget
Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Learn vehicle features, technology, and product information
Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives
Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from initial contact through delivery
Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction
Learn and apply proven sales and customer service techniques
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities
Work closely with sales managers and team members to achieve goals
Represent Rydell of Independence professionally and positively at all times
