Martin Automotive Group is seeking an automotive Sales Consultant for our Kia of Dayton dealership. The role focuses on handling internet leads, setting vehicle demonstrations, and guiding customers with product information.

Training is provided to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques, with a team-driven environment that rewards performance. Opportunity to earn commissions with a structured pay plan; strong emphasis on customer service and achieving sales quotas.

Formación

• Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated self-starter with drive to hit sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads to set appointments for vehicle demonstrations
• Direct customers to product information resources, including online materials
• Deliver inquiries/messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Proactively engage customers to understand needs and present solutions
• Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve quotas
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and rely on MS Word/Excel/Outlook for daily tasks
• Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Report and valid driver’s license
• Participate in paid Brand-certified training to improve product knowledge
• Support team with a collaborative approach to meet store goals

• Handle all incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
• Work with internet leads accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
• Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Drive to hit sales quotas and goals
• Driver's license with clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Paid Brand-certified Training

Presidents Club for Sales Consultants:
The President’s Club is an exclusive club for our most elite Sales Consultants. The criteria are based on vehicle sales. The Salesperson need to only sell 200 new or used vehicles in a calendar year to be eligible. To honor this huge achievement, the Salesperson is invited to attend the Martin Group’s annual Awards Banquet. At the banquet, the hard working team members will be given a recognition plaque and a check based on his or her years with the organization. The will also receive a company demo for one year.
