Responsibilities

• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of the product offerings, optional packages, and latest technologies.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and actively listening to their responses.
• Maintain an ongoing relationship and communication with the customer to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Perform high quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-ownedvehicles.
• Negotiate closure in a clear and concise manner.
• Complete all documentation accurately and comprehensively.
• Stay current on brand promotions, financing options, value add products and industry trends.
