Job summary

The Hertz Corporation seeks a Car Sales Consultant to drive the sales & finance process, deliver excellent customer service, and support lot operations and omni-channel sales.

You will execute the sales cycle, hit monthly targets, maintain CRM quality, manage paperwork, and assist with vehicle delivery, photography, and merchandising to enhance customer experience and NPS scores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Car Sales Experience.
• Valid Driver's License; willingness to engage in sales activities.
• Capable of delivering results in a global matrix organization.
• Goal oriented and able to identify business needs.

Responsibilities

Car Sales Consultant

Car Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, and supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, and maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork, and missing document recovery support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in, and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $59,767, specifically $12.00/hr. + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr.
