Job summary

Hertz in Maryland seeks an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive the sales and finance process, deliver excellent customer service, and support omni-channel sales. You will execute the sales cycle, hit monthly targets, and maintain CRM data while assisting with finance, paperwork, and NPS scores.

You’ll contribute to lot operations, support vehicle photography, and help deliver cars to partner hubs, with compensation including an hourly wage plus commissions averaging $66,007 per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license.
• Capable of delivering support and results in a global organization.
• Goal oriented with ability to identify business needs.

Responsibilities

• Fully execute the sales process and achieve monthly targets.
• Maintain strong CRM output and support finance process.
• Provide excellent customer service and support lot operations.
• Assist with vehicle photography, car delivery, merchandising, and transport as needed.
• Ensure paperwork is complete and help with NPS scores.

Job Description

The Automotive Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers’ License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.
