Job summary

The Hertz Corporation is hiring a Car Sales Consultant to drive the sales and finance process, deliver exceptional customer service, and support lot operations and omni-channel sales. You will execute the sales process, meet monthly targets, maintain clean paperwork, and help the finance process with accurate documentation to support strong NPS scores.

The role offers an hourly wage plus commissions, with a yearly average total compensation around $59,767 and an hourly rate of $12.00, plus

• Valid Drivers’ License.

• Valid Sales License Required for The Following States: Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, and maintain strong CRM output and quality.
• Support lot operations and omni-channel sales.
• Deliver cars to partner hubs as needed.
• Support vehicle photography, transport cars as needed.
• Ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and documented.
• Provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Job description

The Car Sales Consultant facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, and supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, and maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork, and missing document recovery support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in, and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $59,767, specifically $12.00/hr. + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr.
