Job Description

EchoPark Automotive is hiring Automotive Sales Professionals for our dealership in Birmingham, AL. As a Sales Consultant, which we call Experience Guides, you will play a vital role in creating a fantastic guest experience at our store. If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, we want to hear from you. As an Experience Guide, you will assist guests throughout the entire car sales process.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with vehicle selection, presentation of protection products, and overall guest experience.
• Provide clear, transparent options to help guests make well-informed decisions.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure every guest has an unparalleled experience, whether they purchase a vehicle or not.
• Take pride in your work, celebrate with guests, and be part of a team committed to doing things the right way.
