Now Hiring: Subaru Sales Consultant

Full-Time | On-Site
Earn $50,000–$80,000+/year (base + commission)

What You’ll Do:
  • Welcome customers and guide them in selecting a new Subaru, Subaru Certified Pre-Owned or other Pre-Onwed vehicle

  • Conduct needs assessments and recommend vehicles based on lifestyle and budget

  • Deliver compelling vehicle presentations and test drive experiences

  • Clearly explain features, options, and financing solutions

  • "Close sales with professionalism, transparency, and integrity—always in accordance with dealership policies and customer-first values."

  • Maintain customer relationships through excellent follow-up and personalized service

  • Keep current on Subaru inventory, new releases, and competitor offerings

  • Contribute to a clean, organized showroom and professional sales environment

You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
  • A passion for cars and helping people

  • Prior sales experience (automotive a plus—but we’ll train the right candidate)

  • Strong communication and active listening skills

  • Confidence, motivation, and a team-first attitude

  • A valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends

  • Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn

Schedule:
  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Wednesday: Off

  • Thursday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

  • Sunday: Closed
