Are you interested in a rewarding career in the automotive industry? We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team, selling Fords and Lincolns. Many of our current team members have transitioned from different industries and have thrived with us!

Responsibilities
  • Provide high levels of guest/customer service.
  • Assist guests in choosing vehicles by asking questions and listening carefully.
  • Follow consistent sales processes.
  • Follow up with all incoming guests and previous buyers to enhance their experience and encourage referrals.
  • Sell and deliver vehicles enthusiastically.
  • Demonstrate vehicles professionally.
  • Overcome objections honestly and positively.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests and team members.
  • Continuously learn about automotive products through ongoing training.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and top-notch abilities daily.
Qualifications

Knowledge of automotive sales and leasing is a plus but not required. We offer excellent training opportunities for growth.
