Qualifications

• Basic digital and administrative skills, such as using CRM systems, email, and dealership software to manage leads and documentation.
• Ability to learn and retain detailed product knowledge about Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles and related services.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Previous automotive or retail sales experience is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn and participate in training is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, marketing, or related fields is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
• Learn customers' needs and help select appropriate new or pre-owned vehicles.
• Explain vehicle features and benefits, conduct test drives, present pricing options.
• Guide customers through sales and financing processes.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and follow up with leads and existing customers.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to support an excellent customer experience from first contact through post-sale follow-up.
