The Berge Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to join our Scottsdale-area team. The ideal candidate is ambitious with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building lasting client relationships and delivering solutions that meet customer needs.

Prior luxury-brand experience is a plus. Position involves consultative selling, product demonstrations, and ongoing learning to stay current on offerings, features, and technologies.

Job Summary

We are looking for an Automotive Sales Associate to join our growing team! The right candidate will be ambitious, have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day tasks will include developing client relationships and providing product solutions that best meet our customer's needs. Applicants with preciousexperience selling luxury brand cars will move to the front of the line.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in's and the out's of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
