Mercedes-Benz in Ohio is seeking a Sales Representative to sell new and used vehicles at dealership standards, achieving gross profit, volume and guest satisfaction through active engagement with guests.

You will generate business, assist guests in selecting a vehicle, explain product features, offer test drives, close sales, and coordinate with finance to finalize paperwork while maintaining ethical standards and a professional appearance.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year sales experience, preferably in automotive.
• Knowledge of vehicle leasing principles; basic math; equity values and depreciation; and laws governing retail auto sales.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information in English.
• Must have a valid sales driver’s license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to perform additional duties and maintain a professional appearance.

Responsabilidades

• Generates business through daily business traffic and outside sources.
• Assists guests as they enter the showroom or sales lot.
• Assists guests in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to responses.
• Fully explains product performance, application and benefits and offers test drives to prospects.
• Closes sales by overcoming objections and negotiating price.
• Introduces guests to dealership operations, including service and parts, to emphasize quality and efficiency of service.
• Maintains an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
• Maintains a prospect development system.
• Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to guests.
• Writes complete sales orders, processes paperwork, explains warranties, provisions and financing per dealership policy.
• Follows up with Finance to finalize paperwork.
• Maintains and achieves the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management.
• Performs other administrative duties as assigned by management.
• Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
• Maintains professional appearance at all times.
