Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online inquiries via phone and email about vehicles.
• Build rapport to establish a customer network and referrals.
• Answer internet leads and provide pricing information.
• Answer sales calls and set customer appointments.
• Confirm and follow up on appointments with outbound calls.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds with customers.
• Guide customers from start to finish through the buying process.
• Maintain strong computer and phone skills and CRM usage.
