Job summary

myKaarma, headquartered in Long Beach, CA, is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own the technical configuration and readiness of its service scheduling, digital check-in, and vehicle inspection tools for automotive dealership customers.

You will partner with dealership teams to map workflows, confirm infrastructure, and validate the full customer journey before training, while coordinating with Deployment Managers and the Training Team to document templates, automations, and repeatable

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in software implementation, deployment, customer onboarding, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in automotive, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
• Strong communication and customer consultation skills; ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Self-directed and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple implementations, priorities, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Guide dealership customers through configuring myKaarma’s service scheduling, digital check-in, and vehicle inspection tools to match each business need.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand workflows and existing technology, including replacements.
• Ensure customers have required devices, connectivity, and infrastructure before training begins.
• Test and demonstrate the configured solution with the customer before training, covering the full service journey from appointment to completion.
• Collaborate with the Deployment Manager and Training Team to resolve issues and prepare products for onsite or remote training.
• Develop templates, automations, and repeatable processes to improve setup efficiency and customer experience.
