CDK Global is seeking an Account Development Executive to drive conquest sales in Wisconsin and Illinois, building relationships in competitive dealership accounts and partnering with channel teams to expand CDK’s product footprint.

The role requires 5–7 years in outside sales, a bachelor’s degree, strong consultative selling skills, and comfort with travel (about 75%). Excellent communication and CRM/DMS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years in an outside sales or business development role.
• Experience selling complex solutions to automotive dealerships.
• Proven track record selling B2B.
• Knowledge of dealer tools including CRMs, desking solutions, and DMS.

Responsabilités

• Aggressively acquire new business in competitive accounts.
• Create activity by cold calling into competitive accounts daily.
• Identify growth opportunities in the market for the business.
• Develop an overall sales plan and forecast sales results.
• Travel about 75% in the field.
• Work independently or in a team environment.
