Job summary

CDK Global is seeking an Account Development Executive for our Small Dealer Services team to build relationships with franchise dealers across multiple states. You will drive conquest sales, grow market share, and work with channel partners to expand CDK DRIVE bundles.

The role requires 75%+ travel, face-to-face dealer engagement, and a focus on achieving annual sales quotas while managing end-to-end account relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in B2B technology or solution sales.
• Automotive industry experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, listening and questioning skills.

Responsibilities

• Uncover dealer prospect needs and challenge client to maximize results with CDK solutions.
• Make consistent sales calls and build relationships with dealerships.
• Travel 75%+ with overnight stays as required to penetrate the market.
• Manage overall account relationships and close business to meet annual quotas.
• Coordinate with channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
