Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn all things automotive.
• Leadership experience.
• Customer care orientation and relationship building.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• ASE certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory, labor and team performance.
• Actively sell and build relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes and customer standards.
• Oversee opening and closing routines including security and reporting.
• Handle admin tasks: scheduling, compliance, and basic P&L awareness.
• Monitor store metrics: sales, inventory accuracy, cleanliness and loss prevention.
• Provide leadership, training and performance management for store functions.
• Support talent development with coaching and mentoring.
• Drive safety, asset protection and continuous improvement initiatives.
