Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in automotive after-market or willingness to learn.
• Leadership experience and customer-care focus.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Knowledge of cataloging and inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Oversee opening/closing routines including security and cash reconciliation.
• Handle or support scheduling, compliance, and performance tracking tasks.
• Monitor store metrics such as sales, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to develop successors for advancement.
