You’ll oversee opening/closing, inventory, deliveries, housekeeping, and performance coaching, with emphasis on safety, loss prevention and continuous improvement. Some overtime and keyholder duties may apply.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in the automotive after-market service industry or related field.
• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Passion for delivering customer care and building long-term relationships.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and complex environment.
• Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Background in automotive, heavy equipment, or dealership contexts.
• Experience in parts stores or retail management is a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• NAPA Know How is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, labor/scheduling alignment, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Handle opening and closing routines (security, cash reconciliation, end-of-day reporting).
• Support administrative tasks: scheduling input, compliance documentation, performance tracking/reporting.
• Monitor core store metrics and drive problem-solving for improvements.
• Provide leadership oversight, training and coaching for store functions.
• Support talent development and successors for advancement.
• Drive adherence to safety, asset protection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
