Job summary

NAPA is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy auto parts store in Tulsa, OK. You will oversee P&L, develop a high-performing team, and drive revenue through excellent customer care and wholesale relationships.

In this role you will optimize inventory, manage a fast-paced sales floor, and champion store security and appearance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience with team-building and coaching in a retail setting.
• Strong ability to drive sales, manage margins and P&L responsibilities.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to develop lasting relationships with wholesalers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify new customers and revenue opportunities for the store.
• Shift into high gear in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Help outside sales in identifying and maintaining wholesale accounts.
• Build and guide a crew to deliver exceptional customer care and business results.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures across store operations.
• Protect and maintain store assets and ensure security and appearance.
