Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver outstanding customer service in our automotive retail stores. You will engage with customers, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments while driving sales and loyalty.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license, with additional ASE-certified training supported by on-the-job

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
