Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-store and over the phone, driving sales for automotive services and products. You will coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments, process transactions, and ensure a smooth visit for every customer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to retain loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
