Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver friendly, sales-focused service in our automotive retail environment. You will assist customers in person and over the phone, promote services, and help schedule appointments with technicians.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 2 years of retail sales experience, and strong communication. You will drive sales, build loyalty, and handle transactions with accuracy; valid driver’s license is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
