Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, driving sales of automotive services. You will engage customers, promote products, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service appointments.

The role emphasizes energetic, relationship-building skills, with a pay range reflected in hourly compensation. A minimum of a high school diploma and retail experience is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles.
