Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and by phone, drive sales, and coordinate service appointments with technicians. You will promote products, build relationships, and ensure efficient transaction handling while supporting a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

The position emphasizes energetic sales outreach and strong communication to meet customer needs, with pay range reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
