Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional in-person and phone assistance. You will engage customers, promote automotive services, and coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth service visits.

The role emphasizes sales-driven customer interactions and accurate transaction handling. The position offers pay range of $16.00-$23.90 per hour, with opportunities for growth, and a supportive environment in a fast-paced automotive retail

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
