Job summary

Bridgestone Americas is seeking a customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join Bridgestone Retail Operations. In a fast-paced automotive retail environment, you will engage customers in person and over the phone, promote services and products, and help schedule appointments with technicians.

The role emphasizes sales and service excellence, with opportunities to grow skills through on-the-job training, ASE certifications, and a supportive team culture across our network of stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
