Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional in-person and phone customer service, promote services, and drive sales at our automotive centers. You will ensure smooth transactions and accurate scheduling between customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
