Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations in the United States is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, drive visits, and promote our tire and auto services. You will convert inquiries into appointments, build loyalty, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.

The role blends sales energy with a focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced automotive retail setting. Pay Range: $15.20 - $22.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to handle sales and complaints to ensure loyalty.
• Problem solving skills for customer complaints.
