Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in person and by phone, selling our automotive services and products. You will coordinate with technicians to set clear time commitments and ensure a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Pay range is $16.00–$23.90 per hour. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of consumer retail sales experience,

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
