Job summary

Bridgestone Americas, Inc. in Indiana is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in person and by phone, sell services, and coordinate appointments. You will promote products, build relationships, and ensure smooth transactions throughout customer visits.

The role emphasizes energetic sales, driving customer satisfaction, and accurate transaction procedures in a fast-paced automotive retail environment, with pay range $15.20–$22.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
