Job summary

Bridgestone is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone, drive sales during visits, and coordinate service appointments with technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, prompt problem-solving, and accurate transaction handling, with pay ranging from $16.00 to $23.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
