Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs while promoting our automotive services and products.

You will use a energetic, sales-driven approach to build relationships, persuade customers to engage with services, and ensure smooth transactions and scheduling between customers and technicians.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Ability to communicate with customers on sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
