Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson who provides exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, selling our automotive services and products. You will build relationships with customers, promote solutions, and coordinate service appointments with technicians to ensure a smooth visit.

The role combines sales with service excellence in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
