Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a dynamic Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional in-store and phone customer service, promote services, and drive sales. You will coordinate with technicians to set service appointments and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout visits.

The role emphasizes a sales-driven environment with opportunities for growth, training, and competitive compensation. Pay range is $19.13–$29.89 per hour, with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
