Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking an Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in-person and by phone. You will drive sales, build customer relationships, promote services, and coordinate clear time commitments between technicians and customers. You will also process transactions with accuracy to ensure a smooth visit.

Pay range: $16.52 - $25.82 per hour. Bridgestone is committed to fair compensation and offers a range of benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure retention.
• Problem solving skills related to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
