Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a friendly Automotive Retail Salesperson to deliver exceptional customer service in our retail network. You will promote services, build relationships, and coordinate service appointments with technicians, ensuring a smooth, sale-driven customer experience in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

The role emphasizes high energy sales, merchandise promotion, and accurate transaction handling with pay range disclosed by the employer.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
