Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is hiring an Automotive Retail Salesperson in Glastonbury, CT to deliver exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone. You will drive sales, promote services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
