Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Vermont seeks an Automotive Retail Salesperson who delivers outstanding customer service in person and by phone, drives the visit, and promotes our automotive services. You will build relationships, present products, and coordinate with technicians to schedule service appointments for a seamless customer experience.

The role rewards a motivated, energetic salesperson with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must communicate with and assist customers in sales and complaints for retention.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
