Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is part of Bridgestone Americas and runs Tire and auto service locations across North America. The Automotive Retail Salesperson role is a dynamic, sales-focused position delivering outstanding customer service in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting customer needs and driving service visits.

You will engage customers, promote products and services, and coordinate with technicians to schedule appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
• 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
• Must be able to communicate with and assist customers in the areas of sales and complaints to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
• Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
• Must have a valid automobile driver's license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
