NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to leverage automotive knowledge, leadership, and customer service to operate a high-performing retail store. You will support the Store Manager across store functions while maintaining active customer-facing sales, inventory control, and daily operational tasks.

This role progresses toward becoming a Store Manager and may require overtime and keyholder responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive after-market or willingness to learn automotive.
• Leadership experience and customer-care focus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales execution and schedule alignment.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across channels.
• Execute opening and closing routines and basic administrative tasks.
• Monitor key store metrics and coach team for continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership oversight and development for store functions.
