Pull-A-Part is seeking a Retail Lead to support daily store operations and lead a team in delivering excellent customer service. You will coach staff, ensure safety and efficiency, and uphold our core values across all interactions.

The role requires strong retail leadership, a hands-on approach, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Experience in automotive or recycling sectors is a plus. Join a growing national used auto parts network.

Qualifikationen

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail (required).
• Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills.
• Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
