Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Retail Lead to support daily store operations and assist the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief in Cleveland. You will deliver exceptional customer service, coach team members, and maintain a safe, efficient environment for customers and staff.

You will supervise staff, manage store tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies while working retail hours including weekends and holidays. Prior automotive or recycling industry exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail is required.
• Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills.
• Administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
