Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Retail Lead to support daily store operations and coach team members while delivering top-tier customer service. You will work with the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief to ensure a safe, efficient, and positive environment for customers and staff alike.

Ideal candidates have retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail is required.
• Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills.
• Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work indoors/outdoors.
• Preferred: experience in automotive, salvage, or recycling industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Work retail hours including weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
• Perform retail-related tasks as directed.
