Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Retail Lead to support the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief in daily store operations. You’ll deliver friendly customer service, coach team members, and maintain a safe, organized, and professional environment.

You’ll lead by example, uphold our safety and environmental values, supervise the team to meet daily goals, handle office tasks, and assist onboarding. This full-time role requires weekend/overtime availability and a willingness to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills.
• Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred: Experience in automotive, salvage, or recycling industry.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
