Job summary

Pull-A-Part is seeking a Retail Lead to support store operations and lead daily activities alongside the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief. You will coach team members, ensure safety and efficiency, and maintain a positive environment for customers and staff.

You will drive service excellence, supervise the team, and promote key values while handling store administration and training. Weekend, overtime, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail.
• Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills.
• Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tech tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).

Responsibilities
