Job summary

Pull-A-Part of Memphis LLC is seeking a Retail Lead to support daily store operations, coach team members, and ensure a safe, efficient, customer-focused environment.

You will lead by example, manage front-end activities, and help drive sales while upholding our core values. This full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability and a commitment to high service standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership or supervisory experience in retail is required.
• Strong customer service focus and team leadership skills.
• Solid administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tools.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform retail-related tasks as directed.

Your Role

As a Retail Lead, you’ll support the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief in leading daily store operations. You’ll provide excellent customer service, coach team members, and ensure a safe, efficient, and positive environment for customers and employees alike.
