RG&T Solutions in Nogales, AZ is seeking a Store Manager for Automotive Service & Tire to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service.

You will own the P&L, manage inventory, coach staff, and maintain safety standards while guiding a fast-paced team through weekends and holidays.

Formación

• 5+ years in automotive, retail, or store management with success in sales and operations.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
• Experience with store performance metrics, budgets, and P&L management.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in POS systems and data analysis.
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license and MVR check.
• Preferred: automotive/mechanical experience, certifications, or licenses.

Role: Store Manager (Automotive Service & Tire)

Responsible for leading daily store operations, team development, customer experience, and financial performance.

Owns store P&L, manages inventory, and ensures safety and compliance standards.

Recruits, trains, coaches, and motivates staff to deliver high-quality service.
